How licensing works
SYGNAL uses org-wide annual licensing sized to your organization, from volunteer and smaller departments to large urban services and multi-agency regional programs. Install the app on every device in your department: phones, tablets, shared rigs. Members authenticate with their organization email domain, so adding or removing personnel never requires a billing change. Contact us and we'll put together a quote sized to your department, usually the same day.
What every license includes
Every SYGNAL license includes the full gas simulation library (O₂, LEL, CO, H₂S, VOCs, radiation, custom hazards), the custom scenario builder with unlimited scenarios, real-time Command View with live GPS and mapping on iOS, Android, and the web, automatic per-trainee after-action reports aligned to NFPA 1010 and NFPA 1072 documentation needs, offline mode with SYGNAL Source BLE beacons, ICS role assignments, the wind and weather overlay, static Google Earth session export, and continuous software updates for the subscription term.
Optional annual add-ons
SYGNAL Replay + Cloud Sync adds live 3D training playback on device and web. Every session auto-syncs to your team's cloud library, with shareable read-only links and automatic after-action reports. Training hardware
Optional SYGNAL hardware extends what your team can do. SYGNAL Source BLE training pucks and the 4-puck Source Kit enable fully offline proximity-based simulation. The SYGNAL Pump Simulator accepts standard confined-space sampling tubing for realistic pump training. SYGNAL SAM replicates deployable area gas monitors for perimeter exercises. All hardware is available in the SYGNAL store.
